Can you put in a request to develop iChat for windows? There are just not enough mac owners to play with on there. I find myself using yahoo messenger more with my isight because of this. -

Actually, as of last week, the new windows version of AIM is supposed to support all the webchat functions, such as audio and video.
Haven't tried it yet, and maybe too few Windows users know this, but I hope it measn the community will grow faster now.
I also Yahoo, but it seems so primitive to have to TYPE one's messages, when one has VIDEO. LOL!
It's like eating a fine meal at a restaurant with ones hands, instead of using forks and knives...heh-heh.

Wed, January 28, 2004 - 8:35 AMI haven't met too many folks with iSight/iChat AV yet other than my colleages, but so far it's been great to collaborate on design projects with folks on the opposite coast. I've found the audio and video so utterly sufficient that I've even worked on some logos with folks via iChat. It's been pretty darn cool :)
definitely interested in hearing about how others use iChat and their thoughts. -

Wed, January 28, 2004 - 11:34 AMI use it to teleconference with family members on the east coast, and have also used it to teleconference with people at work when I work at home.
It's definitely great.
Has anyone tried to conference multiple people with iSights yet?
(Like 3 or 4 people at once?)
